I was originally scheduled to land at 530 pm, which is when I scheduled my pick up. My flight was delayed numerous times, arriving after 12am and 24HRS TAXI went the extra mile to make sure a driver was waiting upon my arrival. This was the 3rd time I have utilized this service, and all 3 times they have displayed superior customer service. I will continue to utilize them for my transportation needs in the future.

Because of my job I'm required to flight out of Sanford airport twice a month. I wasn't able to leave my vehicle at the airport overnight parking because it was becoming very expensive. About a month ago I google taxi services in the area and "24 Hours Taxi" came up so I gave it a try and booked it for the following morning to be picked up at 5 a.m. Let me tell you not only they were there on time but the driver gave me a call 10 minutes prior to let me know he was waiting on me. I booked them again on my way back and once again they were there waiting on me at the airport. Also the drivers are friendly, vehicle are impecable and smell nice. Needless to say I continued to use their service and I will recommend it to others. Thanks Braulio B.

He gave us the name of the driver who would be picking her up, the type of vehicle he would be driving and they called to tell us when he left to pick her up. The driver was Eduardo and was very professional and courteous also. We would definitely use this service again.

We did not get to utilize the taxi service, but their customer service is top notch. We unfortunately had to cancel our reservation on very short notice (4hrs prior to scheduled pick up) due to illness. The gentleman I spoke with was very patient and understanding. He cancelled the reservation and refunded us without any additional questions or judgment. I will definitely book through them again in the future.

Very good experience from Sanford to Ocala, no issues, clean car, professional family owned business. All using their masks, these days.
